Shipping Policy
Our shipping policy has been designed keeping you, the customer, in mind. In other words, we ensure that our products reach you in perfect condition. For this, we give special attention to packaging of the products to protect them from damages in transit. What’s more, you don’t have to pay an extra cent for oversize products unlike some other companies.
We avail the services of USPS, DHL, UPS and FedEx to dispatch our products. Your order is safe with us as our system lets you track your order with the help of your order number and your destination zip code. International orders? No problem. We also handle international orders through our chain of distributors who are located across the globe. Orders are first shipped to these distributors, which are then dispatched to their respective destinations. If you reside in the United States, your orders will be shipped from our warehouse in California.
If you receive your orders in a damaged condition, please do not accept them. If you discover a defective product after you have signed and accepted the shipment, call us immediately to have it replaced by us. |
