Easy Returns
If you are not satisfied with our products, you can choose to return them to us for a full refund. Just tell us why you wish to return the item that you have purchased and we will be happy to refund your money without any delay. Moreover if you have received a product by mistake, which you did not place an order for, we will either refund you the order amount or you will get a prompt replacement. Just send it back to us properly wrapped and we’ll do the needful.
Have you received a product that is defective? In the unlikely event of such a case, contact us to have your product promptly replaced. Rest assured, such scenarios are highly unlikely as all our products are subjected to rigorous quality checks to ensure that they are without any defects.
Do you change your mind often? Don’t worry, you can also cancel your previous order even after completing the process of customizing it. After canceling your order you can then customize a different product, which will be then dispatched to you. Please note that in such cases, some extra charges will be applicable towards customization cost. |
